RETURN POLICY
BowWow collars, leashes and harnesses are guaranteed against any defects in workmanship and materials. I will accept all such items back within 10 days, unused with their hang tags attached. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the error was BowWow's. BowWow collars and leashes are not guaranteed if you have a pet who likes to pull, scratch or chew.

CARE
My BowWow collars, leashes and harnesses are machine washable on gentle cycle in cold water. Just place your collar or leash over a doorknob to dry and it will look like new.
